Program Information

This program is available to all members served in Shelby Energy's territory on any rate schedule.
Members may participate by contributing monthly as much as they like in $2.75 increments.
Members may allocate their "Renewable Energy Program" contribution to a type or types of renewable energy. Envirowatts now offers solar, wind, hydroelectric, or landfill gas energy sources.
Funds provided by members are not refundable.
Shelby Energy member must sign a "Pledge to Purchase Renewable Energy" prior to service.
Members may not owe any arrearage prior to participating in this program.
